Our package price includes all direct costs and compulsory payments such as flight tickets, meals as stated in travel brochures, accommodation, visa charges, travel insurance, tipping, transportation and all tours as mentioned in itinerary excluding optional tours or activities.
We provide full board packages for most of our tours* so that Customers need not have to worry about meals at foreign lands during their vacations. (*except for destinations where pre-arranged meals for large groups are not possible.)
We provide Halal meals for our Customers and we observe prayer times during our journeys.
We provide accommodations at 3*, 4* or 5* facilities throughout most of our journeys to ensure Customers have comfortable rest after a long day of travel.
We provide fully air-conditioned vehicles for land transportation. Occasionally, domestic flights or high-speed train might be considered for transfer between destinations in situations where travel by land or ferry would be time consuming, to ensure Customers enjoy a less tiring journey in addition to saving time.
We cover as many places of interests as possible in our itinerary to ensure the whole trip is worth every single cent spent by our Customers. In addition, where possible we also incorporate unique features or rare activities in our packages to give our Customers a once in a lifetime experience that are not to be missed!
We communicate clearly all vital and necessary information to our Customers in advance. There shall be no hidden costs or last minute extra charges! Any deviations from our normal standard of services or any changes arising from unforeseen circumstances will be notified to Customers prior to confirmation of booking or at earliest time possible.
